Re: Which is better between IPU B.Tech Tool engg and B.Tech Mechanical Engineering?
Mechanical branch is always a good choice. The 3 fields which are evergreen and won't face recession in any time are the
>> Electrical >> Mechanical and >> Civil. With tool engineering, you will be limited to only a particular field. But with Mechanical, you can switch to tool or any other field for your M.tech. Hence seeing the versatility of the mechanical branch and also the scope which it offers, the suggestion would be strongly Mechanical Branch over the Tool Engineering. Also, you should keep in mind that though the courses are not so isolated, tool engineering is a definite part of mechanical and thus its better to choose mechanical than the former if you are getting a chance. |
