Bhartiya Shiksha Prishad - Lucknow is not recognized by University Grant Commission.
The recognition of the Bhartiya Shiksha Prishad is still is sub judice before the Supreme Court of India and till now, there hasn't been any official confirmation regarding the approval.

Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad BEd in B.Com University elegible or not. Can I apply for TRB for Tamil Nadu

I have passed 12th in 2010 from bhartiya shiksha parishad.Now i am a soldier in assam rifles(at charduar,assam).
It is totally false that bhartiya shiksha parishad certificates are invalid in indian army.

I want to know that is the case in the court still on hold between UGC and Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad . If so than the letter which says that the B.ed stands recognised by UGC till the wordict is given by court . Please confirm as my school is not putting me on rolls due to the above mentioned reason and telling me that my degree is invalid .
