After completing Diploma in Computer Engineering which branch we can apply for admission in degrees or I can apply for B.Sc after completing Diploma in Computer Engineering or which branch would be best for me in B.Tech? Will I get direct 2nd year admission?

The best option will be to pursue B.Tech in Computer Science after the diploma in Computer Science.

Candidates passed diploma are eligible for lateral entry in the course. Entrance examination is conducted by institutions for admission.

So, you are eligible to get admission in 2nd year of course. You are not eligible to change the stream through lateral entry.
