Yes, you are eligible to get the admission in the NIT after scoring the 93% aggregate in the 12th ISC and 140-150 marks in the JEE Mains examination.

The cut off marks for the JEE Mains is 105 for the general category 70 for the OBC AND 45 for the SC/ST. So you have qualified in the examination.

All the candidates are eligible for the Advance examination and after qualifying in the examination you are eligible to get the admission in the IIT.

The final rank list for the Mains examination is also declared as the rank is prepared on the basis of the score in the Mains and the board aggregate. So, you are eligible to get the admission in the NIT.

The rank list and the college offered are given on the official website of the CBSE www.cbse.nic.in. So the best for you to get the information from there about all these.
