can a 101h pass person but not 12th pass can apply for ssc exam?

No a 10th pass student cannot appear for SSC exam...In order to be eligible for SSC exam you need to be atleast 12th pass.

Sorry,you have not attempt this exam.I told you ssc eligibility:

SSC Eligibility Criteria: For Combined Graduate Level Examination minimum qualification is Graduation. For SSC Combined Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) candidates minimum qualification must be Matric.

General Candidate’s age limit is 18 to 27 years. SC/ST candidates have age relaxation of 5 years. For OBC Candidates age relaxation is 3 years. For physically handicapped candidates age relaxation is 10 yEARS.

can i gave a good post of exam after 10th conducted by ssc

i have passed 10 th in 2004 from maharashtra board can i sit for similar exam again

Yes, you can definitely give SSC exam even after clearing 10th exam.
After 10th you can apply for SSC MTS examination which requires a candidate to be 10th passed from a recognised institute.
SSC MTS ( Staff Selection Commision Multi Tasking Staff) exam is organised by the government to select candidates in multi tasking posts in Central Government. For this you must have passed 10th class. Also, you must be of age 18-25 years.
