Well the answer to your question lie in your authority department only. If they give you a permission to sit for 2nd year graduation degree then you can easily appear for your exam and if they don't they you had to continue with your training only. So, you need to talk to your head of department regarding this question because they are the only one who can give you a correct guidance whether you can sit for graduation exam or not.
