Is a girl candidate can sit in nda exam...please tel me the details

sorry to inform you my dear friends girls are not eligible to apply for NDA. this is a rule of UPSC and defence service board. a girl can not apply for NDA because if a girl really want to join army then they can apply after there graduation for CDS,OTA,SSC exams.


in NDA defence give a special tanning with graduation degree to boys and after passing out NDA boys went to the IMA. but a girl can directly apply for IMA through CDS entry so there is no need to apply for NDA later it become the same level.


If you want to join defense then you can appear after the graduation for CDS exam.

The CDS exam stands for the Combined Defense services. And conducted by the UPSC held twice in a year.

Through the CDS exam you can appear for the following branches:

Indian Military Academy.
Indian Air force Academy.
Indian Naval Academy.
Officers Training Academy.

If you are interested in Defense ,so you can go with CDS Exam.

Combined Defense services is abbreviated as CDS .

CDS is conducted by UPSC.
CDS exam is for girls also.

NDA has three wings:

Indian Army
Indian Air force
Navy

Eligibility:

You should be indian.

No percentage required.

Your age limit should be between 16.5 to 19 years.

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for NDA exam. Girls are not eligible for the NDA exam.

NO, girls candidates are not allowed for NDA exam as it is only meant for Male candidate only.

NDA - National Defence Academy, the exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year for an entry in to Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force wing of NDA.

The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental health.

Eligibility For NDA Exam

The National Defense Academy Exam is conducted by the UPSC every year in the months of April and August..

A candidate can appear for the NDA Exam only if :-

>> The candidate is an unmarried male candidate..

service . Itsnice to see your post that you are interested in

joining nda , but sorry to say , but the answer is no ,

as this exam is for only unmarried boys whose age must be 16-19

years . And must be an indian citizen.

It is an entrance exam for defece services .
the qualification required for it is 10+2 with maths ,physics*
the percentage should be 60%
And the age should be 17 t0 24 years
nationality is INDIAN ,and unmarried*
through this exam you can join into air force ,army ,navy .
this exams held twice in a year.

I’m sorry to say this but girl candidates are not allowed to sit in the NDA exam. This is the rule which is been set by the UPSC. If a girl want to join the defense forces then she should apply for the CDS, UES schemes of getting into the defense forces.

Girl are not eligible for N.D.A exam. The unmarried male are eligible for N.D.A exam.

If you want to become army officer you can apply through Combined Defence Services exam.

COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES

C.D.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.

ELIGIBILITY FOR C.D.S:-
> Pass graduation with any stream.
> Age limit is 19-25 year.
> You should be medically fit.

In C.D.S exam there are three stage Of selection:-
> WRITTEN EXAM
> INTERVIEW
