Yes, you are eligible for JEE 2015 exam.

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard from a recognized board with physics, chemistry and mathematics with above 50% marks are eligible for JEE 2015 exam. 5% marks relaxation is provided for SC/ST category candidates.

Your age should be in between 17 to 25 years.

Yes you can go for it as only first attempt is count just after the 12th next is when you go for exam so you can apply for this be confident and prepare hard.

JEE 2015 examination are over and also you were not eligible for JEE 2015 as for applying to it students must have passed 12th in 2013/2014 or appearing in 2015.
So, you will also not be eligible for applying to JEE 2016.
If you wishes to do B.Tech then you need to enroll in any private colleges .
It will be better for you to do any Bachelors degree instead of B.Tech.

You will not be eligible to apply for JEE 2015 as candidate need to have completed 10+2 degree on or after 2013 or appearing in 2015.
You can take admission in private engineering colleges for B.tech degree aas it will not be possible to appear in JEE in future.
