Quote:
The LLB program is regulated by the Bar Council of India. Candidate seeking to pursue LLB program have two options. First, after the completion of the +2 level of exam. The duration of the program is 5 years. In order to get admission in a Law college for this program candidate has to go through Common Law Admission Test. In order to be eligible, candidate must have passed the +2 level of exam from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks [45% for reserved candidates]. The maximum age limit to appear in CLAT is 20 years [22 years for reserved candidates]. The other option is LLB program, after the completion of the Bachelors degree from a recognized University. The duration of the program is 3 years. After the completion of any of the mentioned programs, candidate will be eligible to practice in a court of Law. |

hello narendra you have done your 12th and i must say your diplomas are great but really if you want to do LLBcourse then your12th counts at the most for its admission. Llb course ie. Five year course integrated requires 12th passed from a recognized board . A candidate should clear the common entrance exam.for law to get admission . There is a three year course also for those who have cpleted their graduation in any field from a recognized university . The same procedure is there ie. Common entrance exam to be cleared for the admission. if you want to become a lawyer then start preparing for the exam . Dont try to do this to be done from any giving correspondence course university as that would be of no use in future ie. For your bright future. all d best |
