Dear Sir, I have completed my Diploma in Civil Engineering and I haven't completed my 12th standards. So, am I eligible to appear in the SSC CHSL exams? Additionally, I am pursuing BA final year from IGNOU on basis of my Diploma. Please help me sir. Thank you
