Yes, you can apply for Aeronautical Engineering with 60% in 12th and 73 marks in JEE Main examination but, you can get admission only in above top 30 colleges as you are having less score in your 12th and JEE Main examination. I suggest you to check the cut-off required for every college/university before applying for admission in Aeronautical Engineering based on your 12th standard marks and JEE Main examination score.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for the course but it is not possible to get admission in IIT, NIT or other government colleges.

Since your score in Main is only 73 marks you do not have qualifed in Main examination if belong to general category.

But, you can get admission in private institution on this score.
