Hi,
Yes but not presently.

You have to wait for 1 more year and can apply after completion of B.Sc.

Plus

A minimum of 60% aggregate is compulsory for appearing, so make sure this year you must score minimum 65% so that your aggregate will be 60 safely.

Age criteria: 19 to 23 yrs.

AFCAT stands for Air Force Common Admission Test.

AFCAT is an Entrance test conducted for Selection of candidates in defence sector various branch of Indian Air force(Flying, ground, Technical).

Flying Branch:-

Educational Qualification:-

If you have completed BE/B.Tech degree then you are applicable for flying branch exam.Your 12th standard subject must be physics and Mathematics .

Age = 19 to 23 years .

Technical Branch:-

Educational Qualification:-

If you have completed BE/B.Tech in Aeronautical engineering so you are applicable for Technical Branch exam.

Age = 18 to 28 years .

Ground Duty Branch:-

Educational Qualification:-

If you have completed in PG Degree/Bachelor Degree in any subjects then you are applicable for Ground Duty Branches .

Age = 19 to 27 years .

NOTE :- You are in 3 rd year of B.Sc degree so you are applicable for AFCAT Exam in ground Duty position.Because final year candidate can applicable here .

Exam Pattern for AFCAT Exam:-

General Awareness
Verbal Ability in English
Numerical Ability
Reasoning and Military Aptitude Test

Ground Duty Branch:

Qualification

AFCAT exams are held for:
>> Ground Duty Branches like Administration, Logistics and Accounts
>> Technical Branch
>> Flying Branch

Minimum educational qualifications required to apply for the Ground Duty branch is Graduation Pass in any stream with minimum 60% marks
for the accounts branch B.COM pass with minimum 60% marks

Minimum educational qualifications required to apply for the Flying Branch and Technical Branch is branch is Graduation Pass in any stream with minimum 60% marks and should have studied physics and mathematics in class 12th or BE/BTECH pass with minimum 60% marks


Since you do not have 60% marks in Graduation, so you cannot apply for the AFCAT exams.

Age should be between 19-23 Years and aspiring candidates has to be Graduates (Three Year Course) in any discipline and have Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level OR BE / B Tech (Four Year Course) and should scored Minimum 60% in all papers put together. For technical entry, both Male/Female candidates should be between 18-28 Years and have acquired four year degree qualification from a recognized University.
Generally, one can be a part of any of the three branches of the Airforce after completing your graduation, Flying Branch, Technical Branch and Ground Duties Branch. Air Force Common Admission Test or AFCAT is by far the biggest exam conducted for entry into the IAF. Candidates after appearing for the written test has to undergo (AFSB)SSB . The written test is same for all the candidates irrespective of the Branch Applied i.e. Flying, Technical or Ground Duties.
