i m student of kendriya vidyalaya i hav got 50% in tenth and i hav completed my intermediate with an percentage of 50% can i apply for government jobs?

For gov. jobs it is necessary to have atleast 60% marks in your higher qualification by which you are applying for any post. There is 5% relaxation for sc catogories. And 12th is not enough so better to continue your further study as atleast graduation and try to get 60% marks if comes in general catogory and 55% marks if you comes in schedule caste.

Yes, you can apply for some government jobs after getting 50% in 10th and 12th standard.

For government jobs, competitive exam is very important, If you clear the competitive exam then you will get government job.

According to my opinion, upgrade your qualification and scored minimum 65 % marks in graduation.

hi,,,, its good to ask about job after 10th and 12th..bravo but i have a suggestion for u and all that after 10th a job which belongs to goverment is not a good chioce.U can get that but it not useful for ur carrier.it is not worthful for a guy who is passed by 10th or even 12th also.This is not a end point of a student to be worry about job after 12th and it is not intelligency.

now the question is why i suggest u this kind of job other than a job in goverment,b'coz it is a field of intrest where any one adjust with these type of work.
job which is really easy to grab in goverment is in the area of goverment is custom service jobs and these are:-
- post of Programmer

-post of Junior Stenographer
These are which can get easily by 12th passed student.

ya of course you can apply for the govt jobs ....
but generally these days the govt jobs require more qualifications and there should a minimum of the 60% of the marks in the 10+2 exam......

so i would suggest you to go for the higher qualification like diploma and others.....

See, first of all, you have not completed your graduation and secondly both your 10th and 12th score is low which is 50%.

Govt jobs after 12th is like Bank's clerical jobs...........but for that also you had to score at least 60% in your 12th.

So you do not fit in this category.

So I am suggesting you to complete your higher studies......

Do simple graduation and please try to score at least 55%.

55%...because after that you can atleast sit for Bank PO jobs.

And after graduation you can also apply for IAS exam, because the minimum requirement for that exam is graduation.

I hope you understand what I am trying to say.

So complete your graduation with more than 55%.

Work hard and don't loose hope.

Dear friend you may get job after 12th, but it will of lower category
so what i advice is that you complete your degree in any stream,
regarding the minimum percentage in degree in order to be eligible is 35% to 65% depending upon what job your applying and your degree
but it will be safe to score high marks, by scoring high marks you will be having a benefit of it
