IBPS exam is conduct for BANK CLERK for 17 banks .

Only those candidate have completed graduation are eligible for IBPS PO exam.

Also all candidate age must be in between 21 to 40 years.Age relaxation is provide for SC/ST/OBC category as per govt rule.

Selection process for IBPS exam-
1) Written Test
2)Personal Interview

For written test you must be care about mathematics and general knowledge.

Yes, you can apply for IBPS specialist officers test after doing final B.E. CSE.

IBPS exam is conducted for recruitment of Bank P.O. and clerical job. One must be graduate within the age of 21 to 40 years, to appear for this exam which comprises of a written test followed by personal Interview.

IBPS :- Institute of Banking Personnel Selection for recruitment in 19 Public Sector Banks.

You have to completed your graduate degree and then your eligible to apply for Technical Officer examination.

Hello friend,

After executing the clerical cadre and probationary exam in due course,IBPS has declared a new CWE for selecting specialist officer in 19 Indian Public Sector Banks.
IBPS Specialist officer exam is timed on march 11, 2012 and applications will be accepted online until January 21, 2012.
Exactly Nine specialist officer categories have been defined,
and the eligible criteria will be different for each section.

Eligibility:-
You have to complete your graduate degree and then you are eligible to apply for Specialist officer examination.
You should have minimum 21 years and maximum 30years as on 01st December 2011.

Upper age limit:-
OBC candidates-3years
SC/ST candidates-5years
PWD candidates-10years.

Eligibility for IBPS specialist officer test:-


1.Candidate has to complete the graduation at least in any trade.

2.Candidate must have secure 60% aggregate through out the career.

3.Age should be in between 21-35 years.
For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years.

4.Candidate should be a citizen of India.

As you are pursuing B.tech final year now then you can apply for the test wright now..

Information Regarding IBPS Specialist Officer Examination.

No, Final year graduation candidates are not eligible to apply for the IBPS examination. So, you are not eligible for the IBPS examination.

Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Specialist Officer Examination :
--> Completed graduation degree in any discipline from a recognize University. Final year candidates are not eligible to apply.
--> The age must be between 21 to 30 years. The upper age relaxation is applicable for the reservation category.

These are the basic criteria for the IBPS Specialist officer examination. As per your mention qualification you are not eligible for the IBPS Specialist Officer examination. If you are interested in the banking sector then first complete your graduation with a good marks and then apply for the IBPS CWE entrance examination.

The IBPS CWE is conducted twice in every year for the graduation passed candidates. So, after completing the graduation degree you can apply for the IBPS exam.

NO, you cannot fill the IBPS SPECIALIST OFFICERS Exams.

If you have done your MBA with Marketing Specialization, than you can apply for the Marketing officer Scale 1 exams:

Below is the Eligibilty for that:
MBA (Marketing) / 2 years PGDBA / PGDBM or any other equivalent degree or diploma with specialization in Marketing

They want candidates who have passed the exam and not final year appearing candidates.
So, you can apply for the exam next year

Hi Aspirant

Yes you can write the specialist officer exam after completing your bachelor in technology degree from computer science and you are fully eligible to write the exam as your qualification is up to the mark and on the basis of your educational qualification you can write the exam.

For this exam you have to write the Institute of Banking and Personnel selection exam the Specialist officer exam which is conducted by the IBPS Department every year for the 20 public sector banks.

And as you are a computer science graduate so you can apply for the exam on the basis of your degree computer and computer science graduates and post graduates are fully eligible for the exam.

Qualifications Required for the Specialist officer exam :

-The Candidate must be pass in the graduation degree in the specific filed like computer science

-The Final year candidates are also allowed for the exam

-The candidate age should be between 20-35 years

This year also the exam forms are currently available and you can apply

Registration for the exam and exam dates 2013:

-Registration starts from 10th January

-Last date to apply 28th January

-Exam date is 17th March 2013
