hi, Im in my last semester of an under graduate program and i will give my finals in april 2015 and will get my results in may 2015. Can i apply for the intermediate exam for ICWA in december 2015 after april 2014 or do i have to appear for the entrance exam for ICWA?

Yes, of course you are eligible to apply for ICWAI 2015. Final year graduate students can also apply, provided they have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in the preceding examination. However, you are eligible to participate in the ICWAI intermediate exam only after completing Gradation without any pending backlogs
