-> Yes you can apply for job after 3rd year with required academic qualifications .
-> But if you really wish to get selected you should express and show overall performance in both technical and general awareness skills . -> They expect basically analytical skills with best impressive way of expressing .

yes for some companies you are eligible to apply but make sure you are having good understanding of your subject. you can even apply for internship or different workshops. It will help you to increase your understanding towards your skills. Initially dont think about good salary just try to see things practically and be productive.
