CET stands for the Common Entrance Test. You have not mentioned here in which Common Entrance test you have scored 60 marks because there are so many common entrance test conducted by different state government for admission in engineering courses like:

1. MH CET

2. EAMCET etc.

On a general note, if you want admission in mechanical or electrical engineering in top college with 60 marks then it is not possible to admission with only 60 marks in these core streams of engineering.
