You can apply for MPSC/UPSC exam with a diploma qualification. But in such cases, you can apply for junior level posts only. You can apply for clerical or assistants positions in different government departments. You can apply for jobs in defence sector if you qualify UPSC NDA exam. You can apply for the same via online by logging in to UPSC official site.

you are not eligible for UPSC as well as MPSC exam.

UPSC conductes many exam which consists three stages;-

Preliminary exam(CSAT.

Mains exam


Interview


Eligibility;-

---you must be graduate from a recognized university.

there is no percentage requirement

---age limit is 21-30 years.
age relaxation as well number of attempts for reserved category.

for obc,
21- 33 years, number of attempts-7

for sc/st
21-35 years,number of attempts-no limit

you must be Indian citizen

you musts be physically as well as mentally fit.

No you are not eligible for the exam after your diploma ..

To be eligible for the upsc exam one needs to have passed graduation from recognized university.

*Age limit 21-30 yrs..
