i have 55% in b.tech,61%in +2and 66% in 10th. cani apply for ms?

Yes, you can apply for M.S. , for this you have to appear for GRE exam and based on your score you may get admission in some of the good colleges for M.S.

They will consider your b.tech percentage , but that will not make big difference.
so,go ahead.
