Can I apply for UPPCL AE recruitment if completed lateral BE and distance Polytechnic Diploma courses?

Sir, I have done Polytechnic Diploma Engineering course through distance education. After that I have studied lateral BE course of 3 years. I want to apply for UPPCL AE recruitment. So, can I apply for this recruitment?
