Can I apply in UPSC exam after scoring second class in B.E?
sir,
i have second class in B.E so can i apply group upsc exam? |

Yes, you can apply UPSC exam after 2nd class in BE. There is no problems. Criteria to apply:- *Candidate pass graduation in any stream *Age- 21 to 30 years 3 years relaxation for OBC candidates 5 Years relaxation for SC/ST candidates. UPSC Requirements: The following are requirements are necessary 1.The candidate must be citizen of Indian 2.The candidate must completed 12/graduation. 3.The candidate must secured 55% marks. 4.The candidate completed graduation from discipline university. 5.The age of the candidate is 18-28 years After above qualifications the candidates must need to write an examinations of NDA(National defence academy) for 12th students,CDS exam (common defence service) for Graduation candidates and these two exams are conducted by UPSC twice in a year. all the best |

Yes, you can apply for IES conducted by UPSC after scoring second class in B.E. as there is no percentage of marks criteria for IES exam only a pass in Graduation Degree exam is sufficient for appearing for IES UPSC exam.
The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having either appear for the final B.Tech. exam or pass in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years whch is relaxed up to 5 years for SC/St candidate and up to 3 years for OBC candidate. The selection is through written exam followed by personal interview. The written exam based on the subjects from Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Telecommunication branch. After B.E. you can also appear for Civil Service Exam conducted by UPSC to become an IPS/IAS/IRS etc. officer or else you may appear for CDS(Combined Defence Service) exam conducted by UPSC to join Defence servics.
