sir, my focus is to become manager in an PSU(either miniratna,maharatna,navaratna).am an 3rd yr EEE student...here r my plans
1.join an psu(BHEL) as an eng trainee with GATE score.
2.working their for 3 yrs.
3.doing MBA in corres.
4.during my 35th age,i will be having 10yrs work experince with MBA qualification.

by mere luck will i be given post of ass.manager???

As you know most of the procedure as how to get into the BHEL as a trainee by giving the GATE score and then further also.

I would provide you the basic information that you need.


If you are doing MBA from part time, there is no harm as such in it. But one this to which I would like to bring your attention is If for the same post, another man applies and he holds a Regular MBA degree, you would be secondary for the Recruitment panel.


This is because, a Regular MBA degree would always be preferred over the Part time MBA. A regular MBA would certainly hold more Quality and Dept that the Part Time.


Thus I would recommend you to take up MBA right after finishing your graduation and then later on get into the GATE through the GATE score.
