As you have completed your diploma in Physiotherapy hence you can work as lecturer, researcher, professor, therapy manager, research assistant, customer care assistant assistant physiotherapist, sports Physio rehabilitator, self employed private physiotherapist.

But I would like to suggest you to pursue Bachelor in Physiotherapy course if you want to employe yourself as a physiotherapist in government hospital. After that you will have to qualify the exam conducted by respective department for vacancies of physiotherapists in government hospitals.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
