No, you can't become Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police after completion of your 12th standard from CBSE Board. To be eligible to become Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, you should have passed Bachelor's degree course in any discipline from a Government recognised university. Since, you have not pursued Bachelor's degree, being a 12th standard student, you are not eligible to apply for Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police.
