Hello everyone, I am studying in 2nd year of BA course. I can't prepare for UPSC exams. But I want to apply for Intelligence Bureau recruitment. I would like to know that can I apply for this recruitment without UPSC?

UPSC is Union Public Service Commission for recruitment in IB as Assistant Central Intelligence Officer conducted by MHA. Candidates after qualifying in UPSC are eligible for recruitment on higher post in IB.

The eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.

As per the qualification you are not eligible to appear in the examination.For more information about the examination visit at www.upsc.gov.in.

You can not apply for Intelligence Bureau Recruitment being a BA 2nd year candidate.

The minimum eligibility criteria is candidate must have passed Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidate age must be 18 to 27 years. Relaxation are available for reserved category. Candidate must be an Indian. Final year candidate are also eligible.

But after giving UPSC exams you can apply for higher post.
