I am now studying in 1st puc and I've took PCMS combination and in 2nd puc i want to change the combination to PCMCs can I change it in Karnataka pu board

YES, you can absolutely change your stream from Pcm to any stream but while studying 11th class. After completion of 11th class in one stream and joining another stream in 12th is not possible. For that you have to do the 11th again.
