Can I do 12th private mode after 22 years since passing 10th?


I have done my 10th in 1996 after which I left my studied. Now, I want to do 12th from Science stream with PCM subject combination. Can I do 12th after 22 years of passing 10th Board exams? Can I do as a private candidate?

There is no upper age limit for appearing for senior secondary board examination. Those who are interested can appear for 12th board exam at any age.

2. The qualification required to appear for board exam is 10th passed from a recognized board. There are many boards in India to appear for HSC exam. You can take admission in either in central or state or open boards.

3. The best option for you will be National Institute of Open Schooling board. You can appear for boards exam from NIOS. It is valid and recognized board of India.
