Yes, you can do MS in Automotive Engineering after completing B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering course. But, you need to study some extra subjects in MS Automotive Engineering course than candidates who have completed B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering course. If you wish to study MS in Abroad, you must have to appear and qualify in GRE, TOEFL or IELTS examinations for getting admission in foreign universities.
