I am a MCA course student and I am interest in IT field and wants to add another IT related degree to my CV. Therefore, can I take admission in Diploma in Computer Science Engineering while still pursuing my MCA? My 10th percent is 74.6%.

Yes you can pursue Diploma in Computer Science even after completing Master’s degree.
You can pursue Diploma after completing 10th from a recognized university.
As you have completed MCA then also you are eligible to pursue Diploma.
There is no any particular age limit required.
