i am curntly a 3rd year b.tech studnt pursuing cse,aftr cmptn of 4th year cn i do honours in mathematics.

Yes you can do Honours in mathematics after completing B.Tech in CSE.
But only after completing,you will need to start all over again from beginning.

It is necessary to understand that you can not get any help after completing B.Tech and will have to study after Intermediate,that is your four year will go in vain that you worked hard for completing B.Tech.

Honours in mathematics is three year course and in order to do that you have to apply at undergraduate level and study again for three years for a bachelor degree.
In total you will waste your four years in engineering as you will do here honours from very start.

SO it is possible to do honours but after Intermediate,it will be waste of those four years in engineering.
