Hi, I have completed B.Tech in Information Technology. Now, for my Master's I would like to switch my branch. I am thinking of Mathematics. Would I be eligible to do M.Sc Mathematics?

Yes, you are eligible to apply for MSc mathematics after B.Tech. But I think it is best to do M.tech after B.Tech. after btech you can apply for GATE exam through which you can enter into M tech course. Most of the best universities take admission through GATE.

JAM(Joint Admission Test) is very useful for you if you want to pursue MSc. If you qualify IIT JAM then you can get admission directly in Phd.
