Is registration with Bar Council compulsory to write the JMFC preliminary exam?
I have completed LLB in the year 2014 with 57% but not registered to Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. So, now can I appear for Judicial Magistrate First Class preliminary exam in the 2020 exam session?
