You can apply for the Master of Business Administration after completing the graduation. The B.Sc degree in Physics is acceptable for the MBA course India.

There are various streams in Master of Business Administration. You should first choose the stream and then apply for the admission. Some of the streams are:

Finance

Human Resources

Management

Marketing

IT

Retail Management

Hospitality

Banking

The procedure to apply for MBA starts with clearing the entrance exam. You can apply from a wide range of entrance exams available for admission in MBA. Some of the entrance exams are:

CAT

SNAP

GMAT

XAT

TANCET

MAT

If you are confused about which exam to appear, let me help you out. Your first priority should be CAT or Common Admission Test. It is conducted in October every year.

Anyone who wants to pursue MBA in India gives first priority to the Common Admission Test. The reason is that CAT is accepted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIM). The IIMs also conduct this entrance exam.

In case you don't know, IIMs are the best business colleges in India. You should definitely attempt Common Admission Test.

Eligibility

1. Any valid graduation degree is good enough.

2. Must have 50 percent marks in qualifying degree.

3. There is 5 percent relaxation for SC/ST.

The Common Admission Test is not just accepted by Indian Institutes of Management but some other MBA universities as well. If you are unable to get admission or fail to meet the criteria for CAT then you can apply for the Management Aptitude Test.

MAT is conducted four times in a year and the good thing is that to be eligible you only need graduation degree. After which you can apply for this entrance exam.

MBA is a Post Graduation Course and can be done after completing your Graduation.

There are many Institutes and Universities offering this two year course.

Selection procedure for the MBA course involves:
>> Written Test
>> Group Discussion
>> Interviews

MBA written Tests that you can appear are:

MAT- Minimum Eligibilty to apply is Graduation pass. This test is conducted by AIMA.

CAT- Minimum Eligibilty is Graduation pass with minimum 50% marks for general and OBC candidates and 50% marks for the SC/ST candidates.
