Re: Should I go for MBA or MSc Physics? Which is the best for me?
Hi
MBA stands for the Master's in Business Administration and it is a full time post graduation course of duration 2 years. Also M.Sc Physics is the Master's in Physics course and it is also a full time post graduation course of duration 2 years. Now coming to your query, I would be writing a few points. Please read along and it would help you in deciding what you should do. Firstly if you want to earn more money and progress in life, MBA is the course for you. It is corporate high end course, and would prepare you as a true professional. You can easily get a job if you are an MBA from any good college and it would also get you a very handsome package. Now if you are inclined towards studies, then you should go for M.Sc physics. If you do it, you would easily get a job of professor in some good school or college, but your pay package would be very low as compared to the MBA's. Also the growth is stagnant if you become a professor. You would not be able to see the world. Now it is upto you, what you actually want to do in life. Hope this helps All the best Regards RANJEET |

Hi Dear
After complete your Graduation then you go for Higher study. MBA - Master of Business Administration This study is for management education if you study MBA then it is very usefull your future........... That is good for your Future like If you do this course then you go for Executive post........ M.Sc Physics is for Lectureship or research oriented jobs............ If you liked studying physics in BSc, there is no need to switch over to MBA. MSc. Physics is much better option then. You can do research work or can specilise in some subfield in physics and make career in some highly specialised and lesser known area. MBA is not good for everyone. Even if you want to change your line, why don't you consider other options besides MBA. Good Luck.............. |

if you are doing B.Sc then I will suggest you to go for the M.Sc program this will bring lot of career path rather then doing any other courses. But this thing also depend on you that in which side you have more interest. If you have interest in any particular side then you should go for that side.

As far as your it depends on your area of interest of course that which you must choose. MBA : Master of Business Administration Being a stream related to commerce it was not of your choice hence you have gone for Maths and thus B Sc. Physics Correct !!! But now everyone wants a handsome income after there studies right. Would suggest you if you are a good Scholar in your field Go for MSc. Frankly , if you are not then appear in MAT, CAT, SNAP, XAT and try to crack them at your best and get into a good B- school. finally, choice is yours . Best Luck for Future. Quote:

For Income point for view M.B.A is best. M.B.A is post graduation course and of 2 year. For admission in top college you have to qualify the entrance exam like:- > C.A.T > M.A.T > G.M.A.T > R.M.A.T etc TOP M.B.A COLLEGE:- Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM C) Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM B) Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIM L) XLRI - Xavier Labour Research Institute, Jamshedpur ISB - Indian School of Business, Hyderabad FMS - Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIM I) Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM K - Calicut) GOOD LUCK! |

M.B.A - Master in Business Administration
I Would Recommend you to go for M.B.A, As I think M.B.A Has far much better scope than Msc - Physics. Also After completing your MBA, you can apply for a large no. of fields. Also A high preference is given o an MBA qualified candidate for the post. There are large no. of Jobs available for a MBA qualified candidate in both private and public sector. If you opt for Msc - Physics, you are eft with only two options.. either Apply for A post of Lecturer in Any Institute (as most of does Do) or go for higher studies i.e. PhD. You may also apply for a no. of government jobs but posts available are very less. All The Best for Your Future. |
