Can I do MBA with private college after scoring 46.22% in BSc?

i have 46.22% in Bsc(with math & physics).can i do M.B.A with a privet college witch approved by G.B.T.U plz reply sir......... |

im working in a pharma company,but i want to do mba.i wrote icet-2012 and got a rank of 2172.so how will i do mba without sacrificing my present job which is giving me a gud salary
