I am a BAMS doctor with 20 years of experience in clinical. Can I do PhD directly without master degree

No, it is not possible to pursue PhD directly without masters degree.
If you want to pursue PhD, then you have to to pursue MD/MS ( Ayurveda) after BAMS then, only you will be eligible to pursue PhD.
