In order to get exemption from the Foundation Program of the Company Secretary course, candidate must have qualified the final examination of any professional program or have completed their Bachelors Degree program, in any stream.

After qualifying the Integrated Professional Competence Course of Chartered Accountancy course or the Intermediate Stage of the Cost and Work Accountancy course, candidate are not eligible to get exemption from the Foundation Program of the Company Secretary course.
