HI!
I am sorry to say that you get very low marks in Engineering entrance exam that is 73.
You not get admission in top college.
You can take admission in low raking college in you state.

For admission in top college you have to re-appear in the engineering.
After qualify this exam with high rank you can join top college in India.

HI!
I am sorry to say that after passing A.I.E.E.E with 73 mark you will not get admission in any top college in India Because the cutoff marks in A.I.E.E.E is 125 marks.

If you want you can join any privet engineering college of your state on the basis of 12th class percentage.

If you want to take admission in top college then you have to qualify the A.I.E.E.E exam in second attempts.
