Most of the recognized Universities considers candidates who have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in their bachelors degree program or/and masters degree program from a recognized University for admission to their B.Ed course. However, candidates belonging to reserved category gets exemption of up to 5% marks in the qualifying examinations. Admission is either through entrance examinations or merit of marks obtained in the qualifying examinations, depending upon the norms set by the respective Institution.

However, there are few Colleges and Universities which considers candidates with 45% and above marks in the qualifying examinations. The Nirmala Memorial Foundation College is one of those Institutions. Admission is through Common Entrance Test [CET].
