Can I get admission in B.Tech lateral entry after completing Diploma via lateral entry?
Sir, I have completed my Diploma via lateral entry route. Now, can I get admission in B.Tech via lateral entry scheme in direct 2nd year? Should I choose the same subject/branch in B.Tech as Diploma or change the stream?

Yes, you can get admission in B.Tech lateral entry after completion of your Diploma via lateral entry. Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering course are eligible to get lateral entry admission in B.Tech course. You have to appear and qualify the lateral entry examinations like LEET, ECET, JELET, etc., and participate in the counselling process according to your examination rank to get lateral entry admission for pursuing B.Tech course.
