To get admission in the DTU or NSIT under any branch your rank should be below 300 because the cut off ranks of these institute is high.

But we can't sure about completely because cut off rank change year by year, so you apply there and hope you will be get the admission there.

Yes definitely you can get admission in DTU(formerly DCE) as well as NSIT

NSIT conduct there own counselling at there campus in dwarka. Computer Science is from first choices of engineering students and you can get it easily as your score appropriate to get admission in NSIT.

DTU is the heart of engineering student and everyone wants to int this campus. You can try there also and I am sure you can also secure admission there on the basis of category rank.
