hi my dear friend.. you are asking about government colleges available to join after completing your diploma..

if you want to join the Government college, then you must have following

1.if you scored more marks in physics,chemistry,maths then calculate cutoff mark.

cutoff=maths(convert into 100)+physics(convert into 50)+chemistry(convert into 50)
2.if you have cutoff above 195 then you can get government college
3.other wise you can't get government college
