yes,you can appear in btech/B.E entrance exams based on B.Sc or 12th and can do B.E ,B.Tech from universities.
After B.Sc you can take admition in second year also in some universities. Some universities as.... AMU,Delhi Univ.,BHU, etc.. |

To join for the BE course the 12th qualification is sufficient. Also the age of the candidate should not be over 21 years. Since you have completed M.Sc you should certainly be over 21 years. So you will not be eligible for the same. However since you have completed M.Sc you can apply for M.Tech course.
