i scored 17 out of 100 in instrumentation engineering in gate xam....can i get admission in L.D engineering collage or any other collage in gujarat for M.E/M.Tech?

CAN I GET ADMISSION IN B.TECH MECHANICAL ENGINEERING IN LD ENGINEERING OR SOME OTHER COLLEDGES AFTER DOING DIPLOMA FROM CIPET IN PLASTICS ENGINEERING COURSE PD-PMT
