if you are having 363 all india rank, then i must first congratulate you because it is a very good rank which you got. you will get admission in any nit college (except nit warangal) very easily.
since you are interested in taking admission in nit agartala, then i must tell you that there are very good chances that you will get admission there.
all you have to do is to fill all the trades of that college in the online counselling of aieee.
