Hi

your 12th marks wont stop you from getting into OIl Sector.
If you want to have career in oil sector, then you can enter Oil company as

- Mechanical Engineer
- Electrical Engineer
- Chemical Engineer
- Civil Engineer

Oil companies recruit these four engineers

You can also get in to oil sector after your MBA

In MBA, they mostly take candidates for Marketing and Strategy domain.

You can also get in after doing CA.

its up to you which position and field you would like to work.

All the best

Hi

Its very difficult to get job after 12th.
you have average marks in your 12th.
You should go for engineering from chemical/electrical/mechanical/production etc to get into IOCL
Try to score very well in graduation.
After graduation you will have to appear for GATE exam. Syllabus for GATE exam would be same as your graduation.
You need to score good percentile in GATE exam.
These days, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL etc along with all other government PSU are taking candidates based on GATE exam

all the best
