If you do M.Ed then you can apply for teaching jobs in high schools and colleges and universities.

Yes you can write TRB exam on the basis of your B.ed degree..

if you fulfil following criteria's you are definitely suitable for TRB exam-
- completed masters with 55% and 50% in case of SC, ST
- below 40 yrs age and 57 for SC, ST
- and cleared NET for senior scale lecturer.
