Sorry friend, you cannot a seat in top 20 engineering colleges with your Eamcet rank.The Eamcet ranks of students are based on their 12th groups percentage and Eamcet marks. The overall weightage is 25% from intermediate groups and 75% from Eamcet ranks.So,depending upon your eamcet rank and your category seat will be allotted to you.To get a seat in top 20 engineering colleges you should have above 90% in intermediate and above 120 marks in the Eamcet.Then there is a chance for you to get a seat in top 20 engineering colleges.

It is totally based on your eamcet rank......if you have resrvation under bc,sc,st....then you have few chances.....

At present eamcet rank is based on 75%of your eamcet marks &25%of your inter (groups)marks......

First you need to attain counselling...and opt for a good college....if you does not a good college in your first counselling...then you can opt for second counselling.....where you have few chances...

Dont worry....select a evergrren branch in your b.tech...there are many good branches like:
1. Ece(electronics & communication engineering)
2.cse(computer science engineering)
3.eee(electrical &electronics engineering)
4.mechanical engineering
5it(information technology)

Hello... I scored 858/1000 in my intermediate mpc. How much would I have to score in telangana eamcet to get a seat in MJ college of engineering in hyd in IT dept.??Also what are other better opportunities and fields to opt for a brighter future other than engineering ?Also what are the other respective institutions??
P.S : since telanagana and andhra have separated what would be the min. marks to obtain in tseamcet??
