Yes, you can give some Engineering entrance exam. You can give IIT MAIN exam, conducted by CBSE every year to get admission in NITs and other government College. After IIT MAIN exam students, under 15,0000 rank will eligible to write IIT ADVANCE exam to get admission in IITs. But, 4o% wattage of your 12th percentage given to IIT exam and 60% of IITscore. You can also give state level Engineering entrance exam. You can't give JMI entrance exam because its minimum required percentage is 55%.
