Yes, you can join Fashion designing course after your class 10+2 completion.
You will have to choose courses like:

B.Sc in Fashion Designing.
B.Sc in Fashion Technology.
B.Sc in Fashion and Apparel Designing.
B.A in Textile Designing.

There are many other Diplomas and certifications available too.
Popular Institutions are:

International Institute of Fashion Design (INIFD), Pune, India.
National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Delhi/NCR, India.
